White Pines Academy, Lemont
The challenge of providing a system with energy efficient gas/electric roof top units with economizers for each classroom and larger roof top units for the common areas and gym came with a tight schedule, with less than 12 months from start to finish. Obviously, this new K-12 school could not delay the start of the school year.
As usual, we are proud to say that the project was completed on time and in budget. With the OMS "no hassles" warranty provided about to expire, we have only had one minor warranty issue to date.
